My Project
Please help my amazing art students acquire these special art supplies in order to create vibrant portraits that pop off of their paper with color and intensity. Sandra Silberzweig is a contemporary artist whose use of bold vibrant colors, lines, and patterns makes her artwork burst with energy. I want my students to be able to create portraits in her style and having these art materials( oil pastels, water colors, and crayons)
will definitely help them achieve this process.
My students will be studying the elements of art and principles of design while they are creating their masterpieces. They also will be connecting with many of Sandra’s art creations during this process.
