My Project

Imagine a classroom where the air is filled with the aroma of spices from around the world, and students are learning not just how to cook—but how to connect, create, and understand culture through food. That’s the vision behind Popped Culture: A Taste of the World in Every Bite

This immersive popcorn-making project introduces students to the rich world of herbs and spices, teaching them the science of seasoning, the art of flavor-building, and the value of cultural appreciation.

It also empowers them with practical, affordable cooking skills that support nutritional and economic well-being.
