This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a beautiful bunch that really love to learn about Math and are really enthusiastic to learn new things everyday!

Our students are city-kids who live in one very busy city and enjoy learning about the world.

Our school is a progressive school that takes pride in supporting them with everything they need to be successful. We rely on resources like Donors Choose to help with what we can't provide.

My Project

My students need new markers and erase boards for practicing live math. The erase boards will be so useful especially when we have class and students are doing live math so I can assess them quickly and help the students really don't understand the lesson. We call this pop up time. Students pop their erase board with their answers. The ones we have are a bit old and worn out. We've had them for quite some time.

This project will change my students' lives for the better by giving them instant feedback with their work and it will also provide a super fun way for them to do their work!
