My Project
My second graders had a rough start to elementary school due to the shutdowns. I am looking for inventive ways to catch them up! My students are a group of kind, hardworking children.
Brain Pop will help my students increase their knowledge of math, literacy, history, the arts, science, and more.
I am requesting a one-year subscription to Brain Pop which will allow me to enrich my students with knowledge of the world. Brain Pop is a website with fun, curriculum-aligned movies and learning activities in all content areas. And when I say all content areas, I mean it! Brain Pop will allow my students to learn about famous artists, mathematics, geometry, multiplication, ecology, and more. Anything you can think of, it's there. Recent research has suggested that increasing children's knowledge of subjects increases their reading ability and achievement in general. Thank you for considering my project.
