My students need two ipods to listen to stories from our textbook, ebooks, and to create some podcasts.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Zeglin's classroom raised $414
This project is fully funded
My Students
Listening to a story can bring it to life. Creating a story and sharing it with the world can also give life to a great story. My students can both listen to and podcast their own stories with these ipods. Students could also listen to music that relates to the stories with the ipods.
My students love great stories, creating things, and sharing what they have learned with the world.
I would love to do more podcasting in the classroom. However, it is difficult for students to have to wait until an ipod or speaker is available. With two more ipods, three groups could work at once.
My Project
I am requesting two ipods that students can use for podcasting. I also can let students listen to stories from our textbook on them. I could play music that relates to our stories or lessons on and the whole class could listen and respond to them. Students would develop the important skills of speaking and listening.
This project will really motivate students to broadcast their work to the entire world.
What could be more motivating to students? These ipods would be a huge motivation to students who struggle with reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Thank you for helping our language arts class. You may hear a podcast from us soon!
