Help me give my students individualized chair pocket storage for their school supplies, books and everyday items to stay organized and promote independence providing easy access to their materials.
Thanks to families, donors, and fundraisers, my students have most of the school supplies they need. Our large class size community is in need of storage to keep their personal supplies nearby. The solution: seat sacks! Working as a classroom community, my students work in small groups at tables. They do not have desks, which presents a challenge when storing their personal materials. A supply of sturdy seat sacks will help provide each student with their own personal storage on the back of their chairs! Personal pencil boxes would further help keep smaller items in place as well. This would provide organization while promoting independence for each student! Our classroom environment and climate would make all the difference with this student storage idea and implementation!
