My Project

Our students in off season softball weightlifting need to develop better discipline and quick twitch fibers. These boxes will help them in their quest to make themselves the best they can be from a kinesthetic standpoint.

Plyometric training has long been excellent in developing the human body, both short term and long term.

Plyo boxes are one of the primary tools for this training. It is such an important tool to help my girls get to where they need to be. I want my softball girls to have every opportunity possible to succeed.
