My Project
My students are curious, creative, and full of potential. They’re diving into the world of computer science through classes like Computer Science Principles and Robotics, exploring topics from coding basics to problem-solving with algorithms and app creation. These middle and high school students are learning new skills that will help them thrive in a tech-driven world. Many are brand new to computer science, and others are building on years of interest, but all of them deserve tools that help them stay engaged and do their best work.
This project will help transform our classroom into a more accessible, focused, and hands-on learning space.
Mice will make navigating programming platforms easier than using touchpads, earbuds will help students concentrate on tutorials and assignments, and composition notebooks will support planning, sketching, and journaling their process as real developers do. These simple tools are the first step toward building a more interactive and student-centered computer science classroom, especially for students who may not have access to these supplies on their own.
