I am a dedicated second grade teacher in the Bronx. I teach all subject areas. My dilemma is that our school has only one copy machine for a staff of 80 in which we are allowed only 3 sets of copies per week. This makes things very difficult. I like to create games and activity sheets but I need to make copies of them and I can't due to the lack of copiers in our school. We were told to use the 200.00 teacher's choice for copying but that was spent on other necessary materials at the beginning of the school year. I am kindly asking you to provide me with a simple copy machine. It really would be so beneficial to my student's learning. I plan to use the machine to make copies of homework materials, parent letters (to update them on their child's progress), word games, and other activity sheets to reinforce the skills and strategies taught in class. Please help my wonderful students and I by providing us with this wonderful tool that would enhance the learning that already takes place in my classroom.
