I am a Cluster teacher, Teaching students with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Developmental Delays just to name a few... My students are such an amazing group of students because although they may have some challenges and or barriers preventing them from being included in the General Education environment, they still rise and are willing and hungry for what I have to offer them as their teacher.
We are located on the south side of Chicago with limited resources and access to classrooms Needs not to mention wants... and to have access to iPads will help them to be more engaged with the curriculum we are currently working on.
We are unable to integrate or be interactive with the online curriculum because we don't have the correct technology, hence not gaining full experience.
Our students will not only be more engaged with interactive technology, but also gain autonomy over their learning!
