Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have a Science and Math area with unsatisfactory materials. Most of the materials are either broken or missing. My students deserve an area where they can exercise their interest in STEM.
New materials would provide students with a newfound interest in STEM.
Our class is majority girls and encouraging them to learn science and math would mean the world to us. Many of the materials requested are meant to inspire kids to build, think critically, and unleash creativity. Through these materials, we hope to teach students time, the laws of physics, and numbers.
