My Project
My students range in age from pre-k through 8th grade. We are a public Montessori school which is part of a large urban district. We follow a child-centered approach with a goal to develop each child physically, socially, emotionally, and cognitively. Students learn in multi-age classrooms and remain with the same teacher for several years.
Live Robotics Training with Carnegie Mellon experts will help me support our team more effectively.
We are fortunate to have new SPIKE Prime robots, but the whole team is feeling a bit intimdated by them. We are spending lots of time building different attachments to see how we can perform tasks more efficiently, but there is an overwhelming amount to learn. We are the only elementary robotics team in our district, but we want to mentor more teams. This training will help us make that happen.
