This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have come to school hungry sometimes and also worried they won't have food for the weekend. I would like to send home snacks so they can have something to eat. We as a school community are always worrying about our students’ well-being when they leave us. Single-wrapped snacks will help my students in many ways while they are at home or school. I would like to make a help-yourself bin so they have a safe place to grab a snack when they get hungry. Please help my students have a snack bin in the classroom. Thank you in advance.
