My Students
This year I have a wide range of students. Most of my students are Native American, some that are eager to learn, others that will need that extra push to succeed. The children seem to work really well together and encourage each other.
I believe that all students can and will learn regardless of ethnicity.
They just need to be nurtured and encouraged to succeed. Some just need to know that they are loved and can achieve their goals as long as they don't quit and never give up.
My Project
I am requesting 12 new chairs for our First Grade classroom. I have chosen the colors red and green to help brighten up our classroom. I have been in this classroom for two years and these chairs are just worn out. These chairs will help provide a safer environment for my students. Several chairs have broken while my students were sitting in them and one while I was sitting in it.
Seating is a necessity, whether; it be flexible or traditional.
I need these chairs to provide safe seating while my students are learning. I don't want to worry if my students and I will fall to the floor just because our chairs keep breaking.
