My Project

Everyone has been impacted by COVID-19 in a myriad of ways. Children lost opportunities to be with the same age peers. They need time to learn to be with their peers, learning to communicate, share, work together, cooperate and take turns. Although we have a lot of educational learning gaps to fill, we need to help students work through their social growth as well. Not only are they being re-introduced to peers and large groups, but following directions, rules, schedules and a million other things that we take for granted. We need to allow for some fun and natural learning to happen. Playing together is a great way to practice those social skills we lost during COVID-19 shut downs and learn to work together again.
