My Project
Learning through fun is the best way to learn! I am excited to offer more dramatic play/free choice time options for students to do.
Playdough will be used during dramatic play time, which will provide a great time for my students to learn social emotional skills such as sharing, taking turns, and working together.
My students will learn many lifelong skills through creating fun creations with the cookie cutter pieces as well as using the rolling tools, cutting tools, or flattening tools to use while playing with playdough. They will learn to share, take turns, play together, and be creative while using playdough.
Through dramatic play, my students will also learn reading and math skills and strategies by being able to make alphabet letters, as well as numbers, and even build their name.
