This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Soccer Club at our school will provide physical activity twice a week. Many of our students do not have the financial means to play on a recreational team.

By providing an after school soccer club at school, the students will have soccer balls and mini nets to practice skills, play games and build positive relationships with other students through sports.

The soccer world cup is this fall. Students will learn the different countries that are involved in the world cup and they will have a chance to pick a country to name their teams.
