Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are full of energy, curiosity, and heart. What I love most is how they show up ready to participate, support one another, and challenge themselves whether they’re new to a sport or learning how to adapt.
To help every student feel confident and included in physical education, I’m requesting resources that will make a big difference:
Adapted PE books to support diverse learning needs and ensure all students can participate meaningfully.
Basketball nets to refresh our equipment and keep games exciting and safe.
A portable scoreboard to make activities more engaging and organized, whether inside or outside.
Durable leather footballs that provide better grip and safety for drills, teamwork, and fun.
These materials will help create a dynamic, inclusive, and joyful PE experience. With your support, my students can move, grow, and play in ways that empower them, on and off the field.
