Help me give my students Jumbo Magnetic Building Tiles to support their exploration of two- and three-dimensional shapes and building stable structures.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Each year I have the pleasure of working with young learners who demonstrate curiosity, resourcefulness, and creativity. I need your generous donations to bring a set of large translucent tiles to help support my preschoolers' math development. These gigantic magnetic tiles will give my students multiple opportunities to use their creativity and imagination to construct colossal structures with their peers.
Not only will my students develop their skills in understanding two- and three-dimensional shapes, but they will also explore magnetism as they build stable structures.
The Jumbo Magnetic Building Tiles already have a home in our block center. I just need your financial support to get them into the classroom. Thanks!
