This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Transitional Kindergarten is play based which allows children to play, explore and learn. We have moved away from fast tracking our children to academics to offering opportunities for them to just play! My TK students come from challenging homes and we are providing them tools and equipment that helps the to learn while playing. I need help to offer my students a variety of ways to play and learn. These items will give them exposure to a number of activities that allows them to explore and experience different aspects of hands on learning. I know you will support my little learners as they navigate their first experience in an educational environment. Thanks in advance to all who understands the importance of early childhood development.
