My Students

Our school provides early intervention services for children ages 3 to 5 with various developmental delays. Students receive services such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, and/or speech and language therapy while attending a special education preschool.

I believe that all children should be able to experience a hands-on, developmentally appropriate preschool regardless of their abilities, and that is what I strive to do every day.

I love to learn and hope to provide my students the same love of learning through play and exploration!

My Project

We love to learn! This year, we are working hard to learn our colors, shapes, numbers, and letters. We need new hands on learning materials that can help enhance our learning. Being able to use keys to match letters and numbers to unlock the locks will be so motivating to us! Other ways we love to learn is through sorting and matching, which the shape set will help guide our learning of shapes. We can also work on matching letters as we dig to find letters in the matching set. The color playstix will allow us to work on colors while we build and create. The possibilities of playing and learning with these new materials is endless!
