This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My PreK students are from the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio, where I both live and teach. They are diverse in many ways; from different cultures to special needs children. They love to learn in so many ways. Last summer I was granted funds from DonorsChoose to implement folder games from Teacher Pay Teacher. The games are as diverse as my students with different learning levels. We need a small laminating machine to make our printable pieces for the folder games sturdy so the children can manipulate them with ease. We also need a file folder game cabinet to store the games, and for the children to access on their own.
