This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students at our high school are diverse, intelligent, and as unique as every individual snowflake. Over 30 languages are spoken in the hallways; our school is truly a global hub of learning. However, many of them come from families where their parents did not graduate from college and others who did not finish high school.

Organization is a key component of success in education, which is why planners are needed to help keep students on track.

Our district used to provide planners for all students, but this has not been the case for the past few years. As such, I am hoping to provide each of my students with a simple, effective planner where they can write down homework assignments, testing dates, and more.
