My Project
These colorful and big base 10 magnetic blocks will help my students to engage in math and to work together. We will be using them during our vertical learning with our large white boards.
This will help our vertical learning to be more of a hands on experience. They can move the magnets around and that makes it easier for them to see how to do place value for addition and subtraction. My 1st grade class loves math and I want to build their math skills by making math fun and engaging. They will be able to discuss their math problems together and be able to visually see how big numbers are made.
