Hello. In an effort to improve students' social-emotional health, I hold lunchtime meetings on different topics. Recent topics have included: books, trivia, girl power and NBA Goat.
For this proposal, we would like to hold a special lunch for students who speak multiple languages.
These aren't necessarily ENL students, but they could be.
We'll sit and talk about what it's like to navigate an English-speaking world. We'll also play a game or two and just enjoy some stories and food.
It's important that all students feel valued. These lunches give students a place to speak up and to enjoy the company of others.
