My students need softball equipment for their practices and games. The Rawlings Sandlot Series slow pitch glove will be used by our girls softball team for practices and games!

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students are motivated and work hard in their academics. They also live in an urban inner city and appreciate the opportunity to play team sports. Our team sports players not only excel in their academics, but on the field as well. For example, our female football team won against all teams in the area last school year and we are also proud to have the only tackle football team in the area. But, all of our teams rely on volunteer coaching and community support for supplies. Today, our community is seeking your support for our softball team. We are proud of our students' accomplishments both in their academics as well as sports activities. Please help us continue our sports programs!
My Project
Our students will use the softball glove and balls for their practices on campus. These supplies will help defer the costs for our families who support our sports teams as much as they are able.
Your generous donations will help our students continue their practices without being forced to sit out because of financial limitations.
Our school community greatly appreciates your support and time in reading about our students. These supplies will allow our students to continue to play softball without the financial burden of purchasing practice equipment. It will also help to replenish and replace some of the older equipment that we are using now.
