Pirate Treasure

My Project

We use a Positive Behavior Incentive System at school. We are the pirates and our motto is “All Grit, No Quit” students earn points through following our GRIT expectations: Give it your best, Respect, Integrity and Teamwork. These points can be used to purchase items from my treasure box or for experiences such as lunch with friends and the teacher. My students strive to be their best and get excited when they are recognized.

Students enjoy the ability to choose their reward.

Some of the most popular items are fun pencils, candy and fidget toys. These items will help me continue to encourage my students to follow expectations and set the example for others.
