My Project

A culinary program serves students with various development and intellectual disabilities. Students attend the culinary class and learn life skills as well as technical skills they may use to get employment.The various pieces of equipment and supplies will assist the students in experience a variety of cuisines and skills. Students will also learn and experience a variety of different foods, their tastes textures and uniqueness.

The supplies allow me to expand the curriculum whereby the students will experience various cuisines of a variety of countries ~ their culture and uniqueness.
