Pillows Aren't Just for Sleeping!

Help me give my students a chance to safely learn the sport of hockey.

My Project

I have avoided teaching hockey for over 20 years. The reasoning was safety. My school has the plastic sticks and I was very nervous about the children getting hit with them by accident.

Pillow Polo sitcks are the solutions to this dilemma.

Students can safely learn the fundamentals of hockey in a safe and ordely enviornment without the fear of getting hurt.

I had planned to use these sticks mainly with the lower elementary students to work on their basic skills. After much thought, I realize that not teaching this sport to everyone, it would be beneficial to start with these pillow polo sticks for all of my classes. Plus, with over crowding, it is a much safer option.
