My Project
All of the students that enter my classroom have individual needs. We work with them individually to master their goals and strive to be the best they can be! The project cart will allow me to store all of their materials that they are working on in their own place, so when the time comes to work with them, I can grab the materials from the cart rather than an unorganized place.
Having them wait to gather the materials is unused curriculum time, that we could be using to work more on their individual goals.
Also, waiting on gathering materials is stressful to the students that have difficult times waiting.
I will use the laminating sheets and velcro to make the materials durable for everyday use. The binding machine will be used to make materials such as books durable as well, so we will use less resources overall.
The goal of the project overall, is to help with the organization of materials used to master IEP goals. Each student will have a drawer in the cart where all their materials will be stored, along with any motivators they like. The laminating sheets, binding machine, and velcro will be used to make the materials durable and long lasting.
