Picturing the Holocaust Through Stories

My Project

Students are learning about the Holocaust during our 3rd quarter! The Holocaust brings out much trauma and comparisons to other lives with harsh realities. I want the students to have the stories that go along with the Holocaust to help cement their learning!

Students will pick a book to picture history with through a story.

Telling stoires create new learning for students. Also students in their Junior year will take the ACT, which requires a lot of focus, reading a book also does that. While learning history they will be gaining skills of focusing and comprenshion that they will need to take the ACT in April.
