Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
They love to go out and document sports and school activities such as dances for our yearbook. They have been using 12+ year old cameras to create our yearbook but haven't quite understood the controls to make a photo better. This camera would allow them to improve the quality of images and allow them to take more pride in their working learning about the work it takes to photograph that perfect photo.
My goal is that students will be able to photograph in manual mode so that they can become more technical student photographers and learn about how those controls could help elevate our photos thus elevating our yearbook!
