Picture It, A Picture Book!

Help me give my students wonderfully new and engaging picture books to enjoy.

My Students

Students come in and immediately greet me with a "Good Morning!" unless I beat them to it. These are enthusiastically smiling and eager students. They are excited to learn something new and love when we add new materials to our school. They are interested in learning new content and encourage one another while learning. They surprise me each day with their funny comments and insight into the way they see the world. To see the world from the eyes of a child is truly inspiring.

My Project

Do you remember the librarian at your school reading an engaging and wonderfully imaginative book to you as you sat on the carpet with your class and followed along with intrigue and anticipation?

These picture books allow students to put themselves in the place of the main characters and experience adventures within the pages of books!

Help me grow a love for reading in my students by providing these new and fun picture books for students to listen to as well as read on their own. In addition to the librarian reading these books to classes, the books will be placed in the school library for student and teachers to check out and enjoy.
