My Project

Books, books, and more books..... I feel my students can never have enough books. I want my classroom to continue to overflow with a plethora of different types of literature that is engaging for all readers.

My passion for books is contagious and I firmly believe my students will benefit from being exposed to worthwhile literature.

I read to my students each day to help develop that love of reading. We discuss each and every book. We focus on character development, theme, main idea, and so many more reading standards. Last year, I read 300 books to my third graders, and I hope to read even more this school year.
