My Project

My students come from a variety of homes. You never know what life is like when they leave but you do know what it is like when they are with you. I like to create an inclusive environment for all. My students missed out on most of their kindergarten year due to interruptions due to Covid 19 which created stress and different levels of nervousness. Flexible seating will increase comfort levels and sensory items help reduce stress.

First graders aren’t just learning curriculum, they are learning how to be students and their unique selves.

No two students learn the same way. Flexible seating options allow each student to focus and perform to their best abilities. With the materials I am requesting, we can make their daily school experience more productive and peaceful.
