Physical School Supplies to Support Students

Help me give my students physical school supplies. Too many classrooms are relying on computers to provide education. It may be a powerful tool, but students benefit from tangible low-tech projects which develop handwriting and interpersonal skills.

My Project

Classrooms which heavily utilize computers for education leave students with little development in terms of low-tech skills like handwriting, artistic detail, interpersonal skills, and note-taking. These skills are important to develop and will ultimately be some of the most important skills one has going into career and college settings. Unfortunately, economic circumstances for most don't always allow for the purchase of quality study materials which creates a divide between students. Students get a lot of time on county provided computers, let's also make sure they get time with hands on study materials.

Please help support less advantaged students by providing materials that they can utilize in classrooms to create tangible low-tech study products.

Students are critically low on basic school supplies as too many are convinced that laptops replace these materials. The laptop is a good supplement, but it cannot replace students creating physical tangible study assets that they can utilize for their success for years to come.
