My Project
I teach a group of very energetic fifth graders. They are very hard workers, but they sometimes need to release some energy to continue to focus throughout our busy day.
My project will allow my students to have some freedom to release some tension and energy in my language arts classroom by providing them with access to a walking pad and boxing game.
They will be able to work on assignments while taking a stroll in our safe classroom. For students who have extra energy to expend, they will be able to work with a boxing program. This will allow them to be physically and mentally fit simultaneously!
