My Project

Covid 19 has affected my players greatly. The restrictions on the time we had in practice led to reduced levels of physical activity, increased screen time, and a decline in mental health. We try and provide our athletes and students with the best opportunity to better their physical and mental health through adding tools to aid in helping achieve these things. We pride ourselves in taking our students' physical and mental health very seriously, and we would like to continue to do so. These exercise bikes and white boards will provide an opportunity for our students to better them selves at gaining an advantage towards exponential physical and mental health.
