Our students work hard, every day! One of our school themes is "We do hard things!" For many students, learning is more than hard, it is a serious struggle! Learning disorders affect not only the individual child but also their siblings, classmates, and friends. These books address some of these issues and encourage understanding and acceptance at school and at home.
Along with specific learning disorders, many students struggle with significant learning gaps that affect their basic reading and math skill development.
These sight word and phonics games, and colorful books will help engage our intervention students as we work to fill the gaps and develop an understanding of the learning differences we face together.
