My Project
I am seeing six sets of Alphabet Flash Cards by Bambino Tree to be used in small group phonics lessons with my special needs students. This tool will make learning fun, boost letter name and letter sound recognition, help improve vocabulary, increase sight word skills, and help improve spelling skills. This system uses a color-coded system of five levels based on the use frequency of letters from most commonly used letters and sounds to least commonly used letters and sounds. It’s similar to the letter order of jolly phonics. With these cards, my students will learn that every letter has a sound, a look, and a name.
