Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my third-grade students are still developing foundational reading skills and need targeted support to grow as confident readers. This project will provide the Lakeshore Hands-On Phonics Learning Bundle for Grades K–3, a set of engaging, game-based activities that reinforce letter-sound correspondence, decoding, and early fluency.
These materials are especially important for my struggling readers, many of whom are reading at a Kindergarten or first-grade level.
The hands-on games in this bundle will give them the chance to practice essential phonics skills in a fun, interactive way that supports their learning needs.
