it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
There is a science to reading and it is called phonics. I need the tools to teach them a way to read. It is not too late in 4th grade. It was assumed they were learning how to read, but many are unable to read independently. They need someone to read to them to use the skills and concepts taught to them during read aloud time. That is fine when someone is reading to you, but most of the time we read independently as we get older.
Help me teach me kids to read independently so they can have transfer over the skills and concepts learned when someone is reading to them to them reading on their own.
Reading is a science and we need the equipment to help our students learn how to read independently.
