Phones Away, Stay Engaged

My Project

My students are a product of their generation, always on their phones. While phones can be tools for learning, they are often a distraction. In order to stay engaged in class, my students need alternatives to their devices.

These supplies will help me keep my students engaged by giving them something to do other than to be on their phones.

Fidgets give my students the feeling of doing something with their hands, rather than mindlessly scroll. The trivia cards and puzzles will give my students something to do if they finish their work early other than immediately pick up their phones. And the charge cords let them charge their phones ...away from their desks!
