Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are very hard workers, they come to school and try their best every day. Many of them come from homes where their parents do not speak or write in English. School is the only place these precious students get to learn to read and write (In English).
The plan is to use the label maker to label items in the classroom, so students will learn how to read and spell.
The books and flash cards will help the students learn consonant diagraph blends, and practice with new words and sounds. The other items will help teachers with organization, and setting up the classroom space.
