My Students

Our school is centered in a vibrant and diverse community! We work with family, community and educational partners to meet or exceed the needs of our students. In our school, 15 languages are spoken. My students are motivated to be the best versions of themselves.

We set academic and personal goals and we work hard to achieve them.

In our classroom, we hold each other accountable so that we can reach our goals and we encourage each other along the way!

They are sisters. They are brothers. They are dancers. They are soccer players. They are artists. They are language learners. They are mathematicians. They are writers. They are chess players. They are kind. They are responsible. They are talented. They are excited. They are resilient. They are eager. They are the future.

My students inspire me because they care about their classmates as much as they care about themselves. They are motivated and inspired by each other's successes. They are mindful of how their actions impact others and work hard to be respectful, responsible, and kind every day.

My Project

Students are in need of letter sound, decoding and blending practice. We have ways to practice these skills independently, using technology and with me.

With these games students will be able to work cooperatively to improve decoding skills!

Students love working together and learn from one another. With the bundle of games, students at different levels will be able to work together to become fluent and independent readers.

Students are motivated and eager to learn. These engaging materials will help them move to the next level of reading and prepare them for 2nd grade and beyond.
