Help me give my students develop the key skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The word building puzzles are kid-friendly and are hands-on. Also, students will match letters, blends, and diagraphs to build many words.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My students come from low income households. They come to school everyday and love to learn!
I chose hands-on materials to maximize student learning.
Students will learn vocabulary words and build reading skills. Practicing phonics will also enhance learning through hands-on games and activities. Learning to read is the end goal for my students.
These materials will meet the needs of my diverse group of learners.
I chose activities that include pictures which will help visual learners. The picture cards will also help students learn English vocabulary.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
