Personalized Learning and Engagement

Help me give my students be engaged and excited about learning. Quiz pens and cards, sorting cards, and paired reading activities allow students to work together in motivating ways.

My Students

We are a Title 1 school with many varied needs. Many cultures are represented at our school. We have several ELL students and a fantastic diversity here!

COVID learning loss has impacted many of our families.

Differentiating instruction to meet their needs and engaging activities are critical in helping our students to engage in learning and reach their potential.

I love my students' energy, varied backgrounds, and flexible thinking.

My Project

Quiz cards/pens and language sort cards will give students postive reinforcement and engaging practice in centers, boosting social-emotional learning in the process. They provide personalized practice of important skills that are declining with COVID learning loss.

Partner fluency practice and reading theater passages build community and social socials while building reading skills in a new, exciting way.

Magnetic fractions will allow students to visualize and compare different fractions we discuss as a class as we study our NF math standard. All of these items will increase engagement and allow differentiation in learning.
