My Project
Learning to regulate emotions is key for success. My young learners, the majority of which have special needs, are right in the depths of learning how to appropriately identify and manage their feelings through hands on supplies.
When big feelings in little bodies are managed, a world of learning opens.
Your donation will impact the emotional and metal health of my students for life. My students need visuals rather than just saying take a deep breath. We will use the mindful mazes to teach the students take deep breathes to calm down. A watch and rolling tube also helps with this.
The slide and identify your feelings and gel bead emotion friends will assist my students in identifying their feelings each and every day. Another great way to regulate emotions is through art projects. The stamp pads and art dotters are something we use in my classroom on a weekly basis.
The greatest way we can help young children is teaching them effective ways to navigate through life's difficulties. Help build our community by contributing to tomorrow's future.
