This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have been teaching for 27 years in all content areas in the classroom. During this pandemic, my classroom has now changed to virtual. My students strive for academic achievement in the areas of (Reading, Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies) I've had the pleasure of servicing Gifted and Talented,(these students have high IQ and need to be challenged through projects and critical thinking questioning in their assignments) English Language Learners,(these students need a lot of hands-on teaching using manipulative, visuals and auditory devises as well as our Special Education Population.

These students are inquisitive and hard working with a passion for learning.

They would benefit from a variety of classroom resources to help increase their success in our newly established virtual learning platform.

My school is a title one campus, home to many families with low income.

My Project

As an educator you work hard to ensure that learning styles are met throughout the teaching of the curriculum! At times you do not have particular examples or manipulative to reach students highest potentials. Many educators have created many distance learning activities and games that make great practice for home and school learning.

How powerful would it be to get rigorous and child friendly resources for my students learning and also to support my parents.

This is the reason I'm asking for resources in (Reading, Math, Language, Science, and Social Studies) from Teachers Pay Teachers . This will help us to stay stay motivated, focused,and engaged during virtual learning.
