My Project
Our Ortho students demonstrate incredible resilience, diversity, and dedication to their education. By providing period supply kits, we hope to address a practical need while acknowledging their strength and commitment. This project shows that we value their well-being and are committed to removing barriers that could hinder their academic and personal growth. Our students deserve every opportunity to excel and feel confident, and this initiative takes a step towards making that happen.
To support them, we plan to ensure that every student has easy and discreet access to period supplies.
We’re launching a project to create period supply kits for every classroom. These kits will contain sanitary napkins, tampons, and other essential items, so no student has to worry about managing their period during school hours.
By providing period supplies in every classroom, we enable students to manage their menstrual health with dignity and without disruption. This approach reduces the stress and embarrassment of asking for supplies or leaving class unexpectedly.
When students don’t have to worry about period-related issues, they can focus better on their studies and extracurricular activities. By supplying these essentials, we remove a barrier that might otherwise affect their participation and success in school.
